| Chuck - best wishes
and good luck from
the Fonfe Family.
Actually, I am the
only one here as
Christina is in
Raleigh NC visiting
her Godmother who
also has
cancer.Then she
will go back to Sri
Lanka to persuade a
few more tsunami
surviving women to
swim. Alix is at
Uni and James is on
the College Week of
his apprenticeship.
I have to say the
pictures of you
look really great,
though I note that
like here, the IV
support tree has
been designed with
the convenience of
the nursing staff
and not the dignity
of the patient in
mind.
If it were the
other way around,
the stand would be
in the style of an
executive chair
with the IV bags
hung off a pole on
the chair back. In
addition to looking
powerful and
important, you
would be able to
whizz yourself
around, as you do
in the office.
And, when you are
not in it, your
visitors would
appreciate the
extra comfort over
that hard little
chair at the
bedside, right!
Seriously though, I
hope from this
frivolity you can
tell we have your
interests at heart.
Good luck. Mike. |

| Chuck, Glad to
learn that the
counts are coming
up. Could it be
that the Doc's knew
you would respond
to a tough
"Field
Marshall" ?
Must be in the
genes.
We and our entire
church community
keep both of you in
our prayers fro a
rapid and complete
recovery.
Hugs to both

| Chuck,Mary Ann,
Krista, Steve and
Paula: We are
heading to see the
Isotopes play some
ball against Omaha
team tonight at The
Lab with Brian and
Sharon Mulrey. We
will have a beer,
brat with onions
and peppers and ice
cream for ya while
sitting on third
base line, second
deck -- better
view. Glad to hear
that the Field
Marshal has
everything under
control; sounds
like just the right
"adult
supervision"
you need...now she
just has to get
some chianti
flavored jello, and
spaghetti sauce for
everything, ha!
The Duke City
Cheering Section is
in full throat out
here....just have
to listen hard and
lean to the West.
Love to all, and
happiness is some
TLC at 8900.....Jay

| We were sorry to
hear you had to
return to the
hospital, hopefully
you will be home
again soon. Great
news that you were
able to return to
work for awhile,
but don't
overextend
yourself. We are
so glad your family
has this website as
we all want to be
kept informed on
your progress. We
understand your
need for rest,
whether at home or
hospital, but
should you need our
help we are
available. You
have our prayers. |

website. Hooray
for modern
technology and
great kids. We are
pleased to be able

You look very
distinguished with
a walking stick.
It goes without
saying that our
